THE GATHERING
Come early or stay late and have a cup a coffee with us. THE GATHERING is our "free" coffee shop located just off the main lobby. We look forward to visiting with you.
When You Visit...
GUEST ENTRANCE
Most Sundays you will see our red GUEST KIOSK set up outside near the main lobby entrance. Make your way to the banners that say "Welcome Guests" and you'll be at the right entrance.
PARKING
Our campus is served by one main parking lot which is located on the back side of our building from Loop 410. There are two entrances. Handicap parking spaces are located near the main lobby entrance.
SEATING
When you join us for one of our worship assemblies please feel free to enter the auditorium and take a seat wherever you wish. The ushers will be available to seat you. In our assemblies you will not be singled out individually as visitor in any way.
NEWS BULLETIN
Be sure you pick up a copy of our weekly Family News which contains a list of all the things happening at MacArthur Park.
WORSHIP
In our assemblies you will find us worshipping God through the offering of praise in songs , prayers, communion, collection of the offering, preaching and the reading of scripture.
The Lord's Supper (communion) is shared each Sunday as we observe this memorial of Jesus' death and resurrection.
You will notice in our worship assemblies that our music is "acappella". This means we sing without the accompaniment of musical instruments. Feel free to fully participate in our congregational singing.
Prayer requests may be sent forward each week by filling out a prayer card or texting to the prayer line.
Each Sunday our church family takes up a collection which supports the work and mission of the MacArthur Park Church. As a guest, please do not feel obligated to make an offering.
LEADERSHIP
As a body of believers we believe that just as scripture teaches Jesus Christ himself is the head of the church.
Our church family currently has eight spiritual leaders (referred to as Shepherds, Pastors or Elders). These men are responsible for the spiritual well-being of this church family.
BIBLE STUDY
We are a community of believers who believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God.
We seek to follow the scripture in all we do.
We offer Bible Studies on Sunday Mornings at 9:15 a.m. and on Wednesday Evenings at 5:15 & 7:00 p.m.
